Dear Colleagues,

Each year, the Artificial Intelligence in Epilepsy and Neurological Disorders Conference convenes leading clinicians, scientists, and industry colleagues at the forefront of AI in neuroscience—previously set against the snowy backdrops of Breckenridge and Park City. In 2026, we are thrilled to bring this gathering to a bold new location: San Juan, Puerto Rico, in collaboration with our colleagues in Puerto Rico. This inspiring setting will host rich scientific exchange and foster new relationships for the furtherment of science and patient care.

As always, the program will feature high-impact discussions spanning state-of-the-art research and real-world deployment of AI in clinical care, with a focus on rigor, relevance, and translational potential.

The conference is scheduled for March 16th to 19th 2026 at the San Juan Marriott Resort. This year, for the first time, it will be preceded by an SEEG Research Update 2026.
