Each year, the AI Epilepsy Conference brings together leading minds at the intersection of artificial intelligence and epilepsy research—traditionally against the snowy backdrop of Breckenridge or Salt Lake City.

In 2026, for the first time, we are excited to take this gathering to new horizons: AI Epilepsy will be held in Puerto Rico. This unique setting offers an inspiring environment for scientific exchange and collaboration, while maintaining the high standards and community spirit that define our meeting.

Please stay tuned—exact dates will be announced soon, but the conference is scheduled for March 2026.
